Last thing on a Wednesday afternoon, the Guitar Club love to share their new learning. Today we learnt how to finger pick. Look at Charlotte carefully picking the correct strings - 5132, 5132, 5132. When they have played the pick 100 times it will be perfect! 
This was a great book because it had lots of animals that were the same. It had some animals that were very fast runners. They can search for food to eat. They can go round and do what ever. They were in danger because the hunters wanted to try and shoot them. The gnats came to their rescue.
I had to play my guitar on stage in front of the whole entire school. Tim is my guitar teacher and he wanted to share how good we were.
Amity shared her family tree with us today. We have many different types of family in Room 9 and Amity's family is very interesting. Thank you to Amity's parents for drawing this family tree for us.
It was a beautiful autumn day today. During lunch time Amity and Henry made tunnels that connected in the sand pit. Byron and Cameron were also digging. Out on the field Dylan and Ben looked like the All Blacks working on their ball skills.
Amity brought her guitar along and we all sang along with her. Well done Amity and we look forward to hearing you play again.
We are trying to correctly form our letters. Soon some of us will be using flicks. We like your pencil grip Amity.
