Inquiry Learning is the best!

We all found a question to investigate. We searched and searched for answers. When we had enough information we published our work. They look great. Now we will share our questions and answers with the class. We might even share them at assembly next week. Gosh we shine!

What a great effort everyone!

You're a champion Saylah

Saylah was chosen as "The Star of the Week," at after school care. Well done! You shine all the time!

Taieri A and P Show

Outram School will have an entry in the Taieri Show in January. Our theme is trees. On this display board can be seen different techniques that were used throughout the school. Holly, Samantha and Toni were chosen to have their art work included. Well done girls. Why not go to the show and place a vote for Outram School.

Zac's Dinosaur Egg!

Yesterday I put water on to my dinosaur egg. Now I will wait for the egg to crack. I wonder what type of dinosaur will come out.

Athletics at Memorial Park

We had a wonderful day at Memorial park with perfect weather. Macy got third in the sprint. Holly, Jordan, Cheyenne, Saylah, Devon and Sean were in the finals for the push throw event. Look at the terrific technique of the seven year old boys.

Clever Caleb

I have completed all my 1 to 12 times tables on Timez Attack. I feel really great about it. Now the school will have to buy the full version with the dungeon, the robot and the dragon.

Mmmmm that looks interesting!

"I am sure I can see a tiny insect in this piece of amber," said Saylah.  "Let's see if we can see it better with the dinoscope. I wonder how an insect got inside the amber?
