We studied the coral reef habitat and loved the patterns and designs on the tropical fish. We studies pictures and practiced sketching. Then we chose a fish and carefully drew it several times on the page. We then used pastels to make bright colours and finally dyed the picture.

Wow, that blue dye is just the colour of that part of the Pacific.
Superb Sketchers you are, Room 9! Those multi-coloured fish in the tropical reef are glorious, aren't they? My precious Clownfish would be pretty pleased to see themselves in your pastel patterns.
