Busy, busy roads

Dear Room 9
Since last writing we have been in Scotland to an island called Iona. Then we drove back across the border to Carlisle where I was born. The school that I went to has been knocked down and the house I lived in is now a buddhist community! We drove through the lake district and back to the moles of Norfolk. BUT the traffic on the motorways was incredible. Can you imagine zooming along a motorway and suddenly you come to an enormous roundabout with huge signs hanging above it? When you look at the names on the sign you realise that you can't find any of them on your map. 'Help, which way?' Then you hear toots and see angry faces in the rear mirror. I'm looking forward to driving out to Outram again.
See you soon.
Love from Mrs Wright
