We are busy training for the cross-country races next week. It is hard work but we are definitely getting fitter by the day. We have to remember to wear comfortable shoes.

Yestrday we did the gravel run.We ran around it 3 times and it was good practice for the croscantry.

I find training for the cross country fun and I use all my energy to get there.
I've been training lots for the cross country,I think I will win the cross country.
