There was great excitement as we welcomed the Ranfurly Shield to Outram School. The Kapa haka group gave an energetic haka as the shield was carried in. Every class filed up on to the stage to have a photo with the shield. What an exciting afternoon!

I got to touch the shield ! It was sad on Sunday when they lost the shield.They lost by one point!They had the shield for one week and they lost by one point.One week one point.The score was 20 19.
