Today we carried out the last experiment in our Kitchen Chemistry unit. We worked in pairs and combined oil and water, added food colouring and watched the result. Then there was huge excitement when we added an Aspro Clear tablet. Carbon dioxide is produced and this created the coloured bubbles.
