People line up in single file with a leader at the front.
The leader runs ahead for about five paces and then lies down and the rest of the team will jump over that person.
The new leader will run five paces past the person on the ground and then also lie down.
Whoever is the leader of the runners continues the same pattern, lying down five paces in front of the person on the ground.
When all the runners have passed over the last person on the ground, that person stands and joins the back of the line of runners.
In this way we move all the way to the goal posts and back, seeing how fast we can do it.

Thank you so much for visiting our blog and for your encouraging comments. We had a smile from ear to ear after we read them.
We hope it is sunny today and you can try playing railway tracks. Have you got a game that you could teach us?
